Introducing Yi Jin Jing

Yi Jin Jing (the classic of changing the muscles and tendons) is an ancient strength and vitality training method that originated in the 6th century with the Shaolin Monks of China.  It has the ability to dramatically and quickly improve the body’s overall state of health - both mental and physical. What’s more, Yi Jin Jing can be adapted to meet the starting place of anyone who desires to practice and benefit by it.

FREE PRESENATION Friday, October 30th at 7pm

Followed by two workshops:

  • Saturday, October 31st from 9-11:30am 
  • Sunday, November 1st, from 1-3:30pm
